VSDRotts is a code of ethics breeder. Breeding and Rasing Rottweilers is a passion, and not by any
means a source of income or Monetary gain. We breed according to the FCI rottweielr standard, (with the exception
of tail docking) breeding for excellence, and to preserve all the qualities of the true rottweiler. Our Litters
are few and far between, we believe in quality, not quantity. A lot of effort and time go into planning our litters long
before the breeding takes place. We strive to produce top quality pups by breeding dogs that come from the Finest
working and show German Bloodlines that exhibit sound temperaments, correct conformation (physical adherence
to F.C.I. breed standard), strong working ability, and passing health ratings. The Sire and Dam must be OFA
certified or international equivalent before breeding.
We offer Rottweiler puppies when we have litters
to qualified Show, working, and Pet homes. Our pups will be sold with a Pet or Show
contract, health & temperament garantee, a puppy package, and support for the life of the dog.
If you are new to the breed and looking to purchase
your first rottie pup, We advise you to do your reasearch, and talk to as many knowledgeable people as possible before
making a decision on a rottweiler. Rottweilers are not a breed for everyone. Those cute little furr balls grow up to be large,
powerful, inteligent animals. They require a dedicated owner who will properly socialize and train them, and treat them with
the love and respect they deserve.
With the proper upbringing, a rottweiler can be the most loyal, loving and very rewarding
family companion.
If you have decided that a rottweiler is the breed for you,
You must then decide if you want a male or a female, and then whether you want pet quality or show quality.
It is important
to understand that the term "pet" quality does not mean there is anything wrong with the pup. It basically means that that pup may not exhibit the characteristics necessary to compete in the conformation
ring. The term "pet quality" does not in any way refer to the health of
the pup and the same health guarantee applys for a "pet quality" pup as it does for a "show quality" pup. You must first decide what your intentions are for the pup's future.
Do you plan on showing your dog? Do you plan on breeding? What are you primarily purchasing this puppy for - companionship, working, showing, etc?
Our
"Pet" quality Rottweiler pups are priced at $1000.00 US Dollars. If you are looking
for a family companion and have no plans to exhibit the dog in the conformation ring, or have no intrest in breeding, then
pet quality is something you should consider. A cosmetic fault that would prevent
the animal from competing in the Show ring is of no concern in a companion animal.
All pups sold as "pet" quality are sold with AKC limited registration paperwork and with a
spay/neuter contract. Limited registration restricts your ability
to get paperwork on any puppies produced from that dog. The spay/neuter contract
clearly states at what age the dog must be spayed/neutered and that proof in the form of a spay/neuter certificate from the
veterinarian must be provided to the breeder by said age. Dogs sold as "pet"
quality should never be bred. Only the best examples
of the breed should be used for breeding.

option if you are looking for an inexpensive pet dog is to check with your local shelter or rottweiler rescue. There are thousand
of homeless animals out there, and one might possible suit your needs as a family companion.**

Our "Show" quality Rottweilers pups are priced at $1,800.00 US Dollars and up. If you are interested in
competing in the conformation ring or looking for a quality future breeding prospect than you should purchase a "show"
quality puppy. Remember that it is impossible to look at a litter of pups and
determine with 100% certainty how a puppy will turn out. There are no sure things
when dealing with genetics. Vom Schwarzen Donner garantees that its puppies
sold as "show Quality" are healhy, exhibit sound Tempraments, are good example of the rottweiler
breed, and do not have any disqualifying faults AT THE TIME OF SALE.
Please Keep in mind that purchasing a "show quality" pup does not guarantee your dog will turn out to be a Champion Show Dog
or breedable. There are many factors that defermine how a dog will turn out such as Enviroment, Training, Treatment,
Nutrition ect.
If you plan on breeding your dog, it is necessary
to evaluate him/her at 2 years of age to assure that it meets the breed standard, is healthy (has been test for genetic
diseases) and has a stable temperament. Please remember it is a combination of type, health and temperament that makes
a dog a complete rottweiler who is a good example of the breed. Not one quality or
the other. Vom Schwarzen Donner Requires that all puppies sold as show/breeding
prospects are OFA certified with a rating of FAIR or better before breeding.

Vom Schwarzen Donner rottie pups come with a puppy package which includes:

Health record(puppys will be vaccinated and dewormed according to our Vet's recomendations before
leaving our kennel. We will also supply a vaccination schedule to follow.
As of now our litters Tails will be docked and dew claws will be removed
Puppies can be shipped form Anchorage international airport. Shipping and crate cost
are NOT included in the purchase price and are a responsiblity of the purchaser. Shipping prices will vary depending upon
location and Airlines.
A non refundable deposit of $200.00 US Dollars (which applies to the
purchase price) is required to reserve a pup. We will begin taking deposits after the litter is welped
and we know what we have available.
