The BUYER will provide a name for the dog to the SELLER no later than 6 weeks after birth, corresponding with
the assigned litter letter ."B". If no name is provided by the BUYER within the appropriate time frame a name will be chosen
and assigned to the dog by the SELLER. This name and the SELLER.S kennel name will be on the AKC registration.

The balance of $_______ is to be paid prior to the BUYER.S receipt of the above described Rottweiler when the
dog is between 7 and 8 weeks of age. AKC Registration
will be provided to the BUYER upon complete payment of the purchase price.
This deposit is a commitment from the BUYER to purchase said dog and therefore is nonrefundable should the BUYER
choose not to complete the purchase agreement. Any deposit paid will remain on record to be used towards a purchase at any
later date. Though non-refundable, any deposit shall remain valid indefinitely.
The SELLER agrees to refund the entire deposit if the above described dog is unavailable through no fault of
the BUYER. The refund shall be made immediately upon discovery that the above described dog will not be available for purchase.
Shipping and/or any other transportation expenses to and/or from the Breeder.s premises , including any crate
necessary for shipping, shall be assumed by the BUYER and will be paid tothe SELLER prior to shipment.
Congratulations on your new Vom Schwarzen Donner Rottweiler puppy! The parents of your puppy have outstanding German bloodlines and are both excellent working and/or show Rottweiler.s. This litter was bred with the intent to better the Rottweiler breed by breeding Dogs that are
sound in Temperament, exhibit correct Conformation, and are certified free of hip and elbow dysplasia. Great Care has been
given to raising the puppies in the best way possible in regards to diet, exercise, socialization and veterinary care.

NEUTER/SPAY (NON -BREEDING) AGREEMENT
All of Vom Schwarzen Donner Rottweiler.s Pet Quality Puppies are sold on non-breeding agreement, & come
with American Kennel Club (AKC) Limited Registration ( on which they can't
produce registered offspring and are not able to be shown in conformation shows, but are eligible to compete in obedience
trials.)
Under the terms of the non-breeding agreement, this Rottweiler shall not be used for any breeding purposes.
The BUYER(S) agrees to neuter/spay this Rottweiler prior to Seven (7) months old for FEMALE puppies, Twelve (12)months old
for MALE puppies; a copy of the neuter/spay certificate must be given to SELLER within Seven (7) days of the procedure.
**It is clearly understood that this Rottweiler is purchased strictly as a pet & shall not be used
for any breeding purposes whatsoever. **
If BUYER(s) fails to spay or neuter dog and/or breeds said dog then SELLER may then execute the right to repossess
the dog/bitch without refund of any monies paid to the BUYER(s) . The BUYER(s) at that time MUST immediately sign over all
rights to the dog via the AKC transfer of ownership. The SELLER is also released from any further obligations hereunder.

HEALTH, TEMPERAMENT, & HIP GUARANTEE
SELLER guarantees the said PUPPY to be healthy at the time of the sale. SELLER does not assume any liability
for any injury to said puppy after delivery.
There are many factors that can influence growth and development, such as diet, excessive exercise, weight
gain, etc.
The BUYER assumes the responsibility to carry on with the appropriate vaccinations, exercise and feeding schedule,
as supplied by the SELLER.
Buyer agrees to keep the puppy slender at a healthy weight throughout its normal growth period .
HEALTH
SELLER guarantees that all appropriate shots for the puppy.s age have been given, and a record of this vaccination
history is supplied. This Rottweiler is being sold in a healthy condition & to the best of SELLER.S knowledge is free
from any physical or mental condition which will now or, in the future, have any bearing on this Rottweiler.s health or, well
being.
The BUYER agrees to have this puppy examined by a veterinarian within Seventy-Two (72) hours of delivery. A
signed statement from your licensed Veterinarian as to the DOG.S health condition must be given to SELLER within seven (7)
days of examination. Failure to do so will release SELLER of all liability. If this Rottweiler is found to be Unhealthy on
this first examination, SELLER must be notified immediately after the examination and if necessary the Rottweiler will be
returned to SELLER at the buyer(s) expense, within seventy-two (72) hours with a signed statement from your licensed Veterinarian.
SELLER will, at their discretion, replace this Rottweiler with one of equal quality or, refund the purchase price.
If the dog develops a severe genetic health disorder prior to twelve months of age that directly results in
death or mandatory euthanasia of the dog as documented by Veterinary records, and a signed statement from your licensed Veterinarian
supplied by the BUYER to the SELLER, The SELLER will, at SELLER.S discretion, replace this Rottweiler with one of equal quality
& value when a puppy becomes available.

TEMPERAMENT
Should the BUYER(s) question the temperament of this PUPPY he/she must notify SELLER within seventy-two (72)
hours of receiving this Rottweiler. Failure to do so will release SELLER of all liability. If necessary this Rottweiler may
be returned to SELLER at the buyer(s) expense for evaluation. Unless we deem, along with another professional opinion, the
temperament problem to be the result of improper handling or, abuse by the BUYER(s), other person(s) or, animals, the SELLER
will, at SELLER.S discretion, replace this Rottweiler with one of equal quality & value when a puppy becomes available
or, refund the purchase price..

HIP GUARANTEE
The SELLER guarantees that said puppy will be free of crippling hip dysplasia for two (2) years from date of
whelp. Any puppy unable to function as a household pet due to canine hip dysplasia (caused
by congenital defects rather than a result of an accident, injury, abuse, or improper care & treatment) must
be diagnosed as such by at least two (2) veterinarians, and evidenced by a written Orthopedic Foundation for Animals report.
BUYER(s) must then present all documentation along with x-rays to SELLER. The SELLER will, at SELLER.S discretion, replace
this Rottweiler with one of equal quality & value when a puppy becomes available.
BUYER will NOT be required to return pup for a replacement to be maid.
All HEALTH, TEMPERAMENT, and HIP guarantees will be revoked if there evidence of abuse, neglect, or improper
care, & treatment
TREATMENT, CARE, & TRAINING AGREEMENTS
This puppy is transferred with the understanding that it is to go to carefully selected parties that will take
proper safeguards for the care and comfort of the puppy. Remember that environment and how it is raised has tremendous impact
on how the dog will turn out. The puppy becomes what you make him/her. The dog.s owner is almost always responsible for aggression
and temperament problems.
It is your responsibility as the BUYER(s) of the puppy to take exceptional care of the puppy for its entire
life.
< The BUYER(S) agrees that the puppy will become a member of the family.
This puppy is being placed as a family companion first & foremost.
< The BUYER(S) agrees that the puppy will reside at the home of the BUYER,
have access to a fenced yard or run, not be chained or tethered as a normal course of restraint, and will be provided with
proper shelter, adequate food & water, and proper training & socialization.
(Socialization means taking the dog/puppy to various environments at least 4 times a week and having the puppy
interact with different types of people as well as other Dogs and Animals*after proper vacination* as often as possible.)
< The BUYER(s) agrees to begin socializing the puppy upon arrival at BUYERS
home and continuing socialization until the dog is at least 2 years old.
< The BUYER(s) agrees to maintain the puppy’s health in good condition,
provide routine, & preventative Veterinary health care necessary to assure good health.
< The BUYER(s) further agrees to provide proper exercise (according to age)
to maintain this puppy in proper weight and physical shape.
< The BUYER(s) agrees that at least one basic obedience training course will
be completed with the puppy/dog.
< The BUYER(s) hereby agrees that any abuse or neglect of dog, physical,
emotional or otherwise, whether intentional or involuntary, will void all claims to said dog, and that all rights, legal claims
and full ownership will be transferred will and immediately revert to SELLER with no recourse to the BUYER(S).

RESALE/REHOMING AGREEMENTS
The BUYER(S) agrees that neither he/she nor the BUYER’S estate/executors may sell this PUPPY or transfer
ownership of this PUPPY without the SELLER.S knowledge and written consent.
Should the BUYER(S) be unable to keep this Rottweiler, SELLER reserves the right to have first option to take
this Rottweiler back into SELLER.S ownership, with the appropriate signed AKC registration certificate & non-breeding
contract. If SELLER decides to exercise this option SElLLER will:
A) Take the PUPPY back. The amount of the refund will be determined by the condition
of the dog both mentally & physically and the reason for the return.
B) Resell this Rottweiler to a suitable home; in which case all expenses incurred
by SELLER will be deducted from the selling price. The difference will be refunded to the original BUYER(s).
C) Place this Rottweiler in a suitable home, in which case no money will be
refunded.
D) If the BUYER(s) knows of someone who would like to purchase this Rottweiler,
Breeder must approve of the new Buyer(s). Such approval will not be unreasonably withheld on condition that the new owner(s)
agrees in writing to be bound by the provisions of this Sales nagreement, including the Spay/Neuter(non-Breeding contract)

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
< The BUYER(s) certifies that he/she is not an agent for another individual,
pet store Wholesale/retail place where dogs are retailed to the public.
< The BUYER(s) agrees under no condition is this Rottweiler to be used in
any research institution
< The BUYER(s) agree that the PUPPY/DOG will NEVER be taken to a pound.
< The BUYER(s) agrees that this Rottweiler is not to be used in any guard
dog business or, to be leased.
< The BUYER(s) agrees to send pictures of said Rottweiler at ages 6 (six),
12 (twelve), 18 (eighteen) and 24 (twenty-four) months of age.
< The BUYER(s) agrees to notify SELLER of any changes of address during the
PUPPY’S lifetime.
< The BUYER(s) agrees to notify SELLER within 48 hours upon the death of
the dog, at any age.
SELLER does not guarantee the behavior of any puppy/dog. In the event the said Puppy/dog should injure someone
or cause property damage It is further agreed upon that the SELLER will be held harmless by the BUYER(s) for any damage/s
awarded, settlements, or judgements resulting from any damages/injuries sustained and/or caused by said puppy/dog as described
herein. The BUYER(s) shall be solely responsible for all third party liability, and hereby releases from responsibility, Amanda
S. Moody (SELLER), Vom Schwarzen Donner Rottweiler.s, and all related holdings, from any and all liabilities and/or damage
by fault of said Rottweiler after said Rottweiler is in the care and possession of the Buyer.
Should the Purchaser not see to meeting any part of this agreement, the SELLER may then execute the right to
repossess the dog/bitch without refund of any monies paid to the BUYER(s). The BUYER(s) at that time MUST immediately sign
over all rights to the dog via the AKC transfer of ownership. The Breeder is also released from any further obligations hereunder.

Vom Schwarzen Donner Rottweiler's neither makes or implies any warranties or guarantees, express or implied,
other than those written in the agreement. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the seller and Buyer
with respect to this sale. This is a binding contract and It is understood that this agreement & signed by all parties
to ensure the well being of this puppy, and preservation of the Rottweiler breed as a whole. Buyer’s signature below
indicates that he/she has read, agrees and does understands all the conditions of the Sales Agreement and Contract of Sale.
This contract shall be deemed a legal and binding agreement between Seller and Buyer and is under the jurisdiction
of the State of Alaska, in the City of Kenai. It is further agreed that should any dispute/arbitration arise between Seller
and Buyer regarding said puppy/dog that the legal venue shall be the State of Alaska, in the City of Kenai.
